Joint smears, which behaves vis-ecularly due to its content of hyaluronic acid, occurs in all large and small synovial joints, i.e. in hips, knees, shoulders, fingers and toes. There, due to its lubricating and shock-absorbing properties, it ensures a normal, pain-free course of movement and is at the same time responsible for the supply of the joint cartilage with nutrients. In degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis or joint wear, the viscoelasticity of the joint lubricating and thus reduces its lubricating and shock-absorbing effect. There is pain and limited mobility.

A qualitative improvement of the joint lubrication by a hyaluronic therapy with one or more hyaluronic injections can improve the viscoelastic properties and thus its lubricating and shock-absorbing effect. The result is usually pain relief to the point of pain, several months of improvement in joint mobility and thus more activity and joie de vivre!

Depending on the severity of osteoarthritis, up to 5 injections are recommended for complex hyaluronic therapy at a weekly distance that can alleviate osteoarthritis complaints for 6 -12 months. Treatment with Hya-Ject may be repeated as often as possible if necessary.

1 ml isotonic solution contains 10.0 mg of sodium hyaluronate as well as sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium bihydrogen phosphate and water for injection purposes.

ATTENTION – important note: Hya-Ject pre-filled syringes are intended for injection by a doctor. Since the injection technique is essential for the success of the treatment, it may only be used by doctors who can demonstrate special training.
